At Cedarwood Sudbury School students between the ages of 4 and 19 make their own decisions about how to use their time, and are free to pursue their own interests, without coercion, within the school's supportive environment. Each day students work at mastering the complex skills they decide are important and necessary for a successful life. There is no prescribed curriculum, tests, grades, or other forms of external evaluation. The school is governed democratically.
